Funding x20 Terms & Conditions

Important notice: The x20 account is a funding program delivered through a dedicated trading account. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to the operating conditions set out herein.

1. Service Description

1.1 The x20 account allows the client to access a funding program through a dedicated trading account, in accordance with the operating conditions established by the Company.

2. Account Specifications

  • Leverage: 1:25
  • Maximum allowed drawdown (DD): 10%
  • Initial profit split: 50% Client / 50% Broker

3. Profit Split Upgrade

Upon reaching the first 10% in profit, the client may request an upgrade of the profit split to:

  • 70% Client / 30% Company;
  • Once the profit split has been requested, the 10% DD will be calculated on the new account balance.

Approval of the upgrade is subject to verification of compliance with the operating rules set out in the program.

4. Capital Doubling

Upon reaching the second 10% in profit, the account may be doubled.

Example:

  • Funded account: $20,000
  • New available capital: $40,000

The granting of the capital doubling remains subject to verification of compliance with all operating rules.

5. Subscription and Account Maintenance

To keep the funded account active, the client must hold a valid subscription.

The following options are available:

  • Monthly subscription;
  • Annual subscription.

Payment of the subscription must be made within a maximum of five (5) days from the purchase of the funded account. If this deadline passes without payment of the subscription, the Company reserves the right not to proceed with the activation of the funding.

For monthly subscriptions, renewal is due every 30 days starting from the date of purchase of the funded account.

For annual subscriptions, renewal is due once 365 days have elapsed from the date of purchase of the funded account.

In the event of failure to renew the subscription by the expiry date:

  • The account will be suspended and it will not be possible to open new positions;
  • Any benefits associated with the program will be temporarily suspended.

The account will be reactivated once the subscription payment has been settled and any administrative checks required by the Company have been completed.

The Company reserves the right to apply further operational restrictions should the failure to renew continue for an extended period.

6. Activation Timeframes

Once all required steps have been completed, the funding will be processed within a maximum of 48 hours.

7. Operational Limitations

It is possible to fund an already funded x20 account again, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The client must not have already submitted the 70/30 request;
  • Refunding may only be requested if the account is at equity or in profit;
  • If the client is in profit, they must first withdraw the profit so that the account returns to equity (zero balance). It is not possible to refund an account that is in loss or in negative.

Once the account is at equity, the client may proceed by purchasing a new account size, based on the available options. The client may then:

  • Be assigned a new account or the same refunded account (this may be decided at the Company’s internal discretion).

PLEASE NOTE: IT IS THEREFORE POSSIBLE TO REFUND AN ACCOUNT, BUT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ADD FUNDS SOLELY AS MARGIN.

8. Deposit and Withdrawals

8.1 The deposit made to purchase the x20 account constitutes the consideration for access to the funding program.

8.2 As this is the purchase of a funded account and not a deposit made into a personal trading account, the amount paid is non-withdrawable and does not constitute refundable capital, except as expressly provided for in the refund policy.

8.3 Withdrawals, on the other hand, may be requested every Friday and will be paid out by the following Wednesday, ensuring that there are no positions in progress and therefore open.

9. Refund Policy

The Company offers a fourteen (14) day refund policy for initial account purchases.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The account must not have been used;
  • No trades must have been carried out;
  • The refund request must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

Any refund request will not be accepted after the fourteen (14) day period.

Activation fees, subscriptions, and any other ancillary costs are non-refundable.

10. Risk Warning

Trading on the financial markets involves a high level of risk and may result in the total loss of capital.

Past performance is no guarantee of future results.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Every operational decision is made solely by the user, who fully assumes the related risks and consequences.

Users declare that they understand that the x20 program represents a funding and operational support service and does not in any way constitute a promise or guarantee of profit.

12. Intellectual Property

The reproduction, distribution, dissemination, or sharing, in whole or in part, of the material provided by the Company without prior written authorization is prohibited.

All content, documents, informational materials, trademarks, logos, and operating procedures remain the exclusive property of the Company.
